Once we’ve gathered all the necessary information, we’ll analyze it thoroughly and create a detailed action plan to deliver the exact handmade toy production solutions you’re looking for.

2. It’s Design Time!

At this stage, we need to finalize the designs and patterns required for handmade toy production, and prepare your paper product designs if needed. Our design team is always ready to fully support you throughout this process!
You can choose to use our existing design templates, have us develop exclusive custom designs for you, or simply provide your own design files.

4. A Sample Is On Its Way

Now that we have agreed on every tiny detail, it’s time for actual samples.

This phase takes a week. Our customized samples are the standard version of what the bulk we produce, accurately highlighting not only the quality of materials but also the design we agreed.

5. Printing process

Once the paper and processes have been selected based on your designs, we’ll move forward with the printing stage.
You can choose colors from our standard swatches, or have our dyeing specialists create precise custom colors for your craft production order using the Pantone Matching System.

6. Inspection

This is another quality inspection during the printing production process. By now, you’ve probably concluded that we’re almost obsessed with quality—and you’d be right.
At this stage, our experts will thoroughly check the finished printed products to ensure they fully meet your requirements.

7. Labeling and Final Inspection

At last, we have reached the final stage of the production process.
The parts that pass the final inspection will undergo a third and final quality check.
Afterward, they will be labeled and carefully packed, ready to be shipped with confidence and satisfaction.
